Hello everybody, I havn't been on here for a few years. Some of you will know me. My user name used to be jondav if anyone remembers me.
Anyway we moved into Hawthorn Ave. in July 1948 as first tenants. I should think most of the estate was built by then. I went to Rectory school from 1950 to 1957 then Ashton Sec. Mod. till 1961. I moved out in 1968 when I got married. It's good to be back.
