Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

The house was built for Doctor Fulton. At the time his practice was on Wigan Road next to Arnold Clark. (It was the The Star public house).
He was later joined by Doctor Burnett who carried on the practice after Doctor Fulton retired. When one of his neighbours got married Doctor Fulton paid for the honeymoon. She still lives there. I can't recall her surname but he first name is Jean.
The house was later bought by Bill Ratcliffe and,as far as I know,it is still owned by one of Bill's sons.
