Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

There's a video of it on Facebook that my daughter showed me. It is flooded from where Cowards lived to the next 7/8 houses toward Elm Ave. Apparently some of the houses are knee deep. I'm wondering if this has affected Annie Scully as she lives in that area. The bungalows are ok because they are raised but the fields at the back don't help. I remember water running down the paths in heavy rain from the fields when my Mum lived in the bungalows. Maybe Brian has some news of those affected.
