I did have a look to see if it was one of those stories replcated in other regional presss, Jo Anne.

Thinking that the WEP had used 'Wigan' in place of Greater Manchester. Which does seem to happen from time-to-time.

Even when appeals/warnings are made on a national basis.

But I found nothing else, from DCS Mole.
