just to clear things up my dog WAS IN HIS OWN GARDEN BEHIND CLOSED GATE the staffy grabbed freddie through the gate , the staffy was on a lead , so owner not got the dog under controle in public place , but the laws an ass ploice say dog on dog nothing they can do r will do , they wont foot the bill so we have to pay the vets bill as they so called have no means to pay but have now got another staffy aswell as the other , aww well will have to forget it wont i ,
