Theres not a cat in hells (or wheelie bins) chance our dog will ever wear a muzzle, its cruel!
Anyone who thinks the idea is even suitable for working dogs must be bonkers as sniffer dogs need to get close to the ground etc as they search, so to muzzle the dog would be counter productive.

Dog owners can be responsible without the animal suffering the restriction of a muzzle, after all you'd have to remove it to allow the dog to drink/eat when out.
The use of close/cloth muzzles also prevent the dog from panting to cool down....just barbaric.
