Not disputing anything, Elmos. You have my utmost sympathy. my dog has been on the receiving end of vicious dogs in the past. The owners didn't like it when I reacted, but sod them. they can't control their dogs, so I will do it for them.

It rarely is the dog's fault, the fault lies with the owners who can't, won't or simply fail to control their dogs properly.
