Lapis, get real and learn to understand about animals, rather than just "owning" them. Anyone who keeps an animal should be aware of their responsibilities and the LAW. I don't have any cats now, which you'll no doubt be happy to learn, as my last old darling died in January, so just back off.

Cats don't have owners, so that shows how much you understand cats, and that shows how silly you are! Cats, unlike dogs, cannot be trained because being of a higher intelligence, have minds of their own, like it or not. None of mine ever killed birds or other wildlife, but they did bring them "live" into the house as presents,including mice, voles, worms, etc but they were set free again. Those were MY cats and, like other species, not all are the same as they were taught to understand "no." None of my cats ever went into anybody else's garden either because they couldn't, so don't tar them all with the same brush.

There are also responsible cat owners as well.

Yes, I stand by what I said. All dogs should be muzzled in public.
