i agree in a perfect world every dog would be but we dont there will allways be the arkward 1 that wont , also that staffy was on one them extending leads owner /walker was about 20ft behind the dog , but what if your dog is muzzled and gets attacked by 1 thats not it cant defend its self then , ive had my rant over it now , not at any one on here just in general
