I know you dog owners won't like this, but I think it should be made legal for ALL dogs to be muzzled in public. They may be little sweethearts at home, but no dog can be trusted in public with other dogs, children, or anyone else. Sorry, but that's what I think. NO dog can be trusted. I speak from a bad experience of dogs.
