I am glad that your dog is ok lezgee. There has been a recent discussion on WW with regard to bringing back dog licences and the like, and something obviously needs to be done because of irresponsible owners.

I was talking about this to my brother before, we have a few dogs in and amongst our family, ranging from tiny terrier to a Rottweiler and no matter what the size you can't take your eye off the ball for one second.
