Hope your dogs ok . As for the threat from the little lowlife, I am sure the local dealers have bigger fish to fry than sorting out a customers arguments . He must be a tough little lad to need back up eh I had the same threat a couple yrs ago, i offered the lad my mobile to call them , incredible he declined. All mouth , louder they yell the least power they have.
As for the dog attacking yours, if it isn't under control he shouldn't have it, it could have been a toddler it grabbed . I'd also push for something to be done, because that dog is in the wrong hands. Thats unfair to everyone in your locality and its unfair on the dog , which needs training, muzzling, before it ends up euthenised.
