Doctor says to patient in hospital, "It's good news and bad news."
"What's the bad news?" asks the patient.
"You're terminally ill and you've 24 hours to live."
"Oh no! So what's the good news?"
"Well," says the doc, "You see that sexy blonde nurse over there?"
"Yes."
"I'm in a meaningful relationship with her!"
