HI Franny its not that im into the psychological stuff, 11 years ago i was injured in the 1996 ira attack on manchester and had several illnesses in the 11 years since and now this motorbike accident in june has just rekindled everything from the morning of June15th 1996 to the moment of being knocked off my motorbike this June. So I have just been diagnosed with Complex PTSD, Please dont think im a nutter or anything like that its just i am not dealing with the emotional side of things and the new physical disabilities i have. So I have been doing a bit of research into it to find out what ive got to do to get back on track..
