Mate of mine did his Phd in PTSD Wiganer. His thesis was that there is no such thing as a borderline personality disorder and the symptoms are typical of someone with PTSD. Cognitive behavioural therapy is the buzz word at the moment in psychology and on a personal level I aint wholly convinced with it. There are a lot of specialists setting up as therapists at the moment. If you are into psychology stuff, read up on NLP (neurolinguistic programming) that is fascinating. Derren Brown uses it all the time and his book Tricks of the Mind is fantastic.
