Cherry and White, Im a Clinical Director for a large company that runs care homes and hospitals. Some of the contacts are as follows;
Commission for Social Care and Inspection; They are based in Newcastle but have an excellent website(www.csci.gov.uk)
Help the Aged are very good and also have a list of advocates.
