"but three days later , the proprietor WROTE to the driver demanding an apology from the guy without suncream."

It's something that's bugging me, nothing to do with Chadwicks or the carpark to be honest.......but how did they know or find the address of the driver or the passenger??? I wouldn't like to think my address was that easily accessible to be honest.
