Like I have said before, I have not only done my bit for Queen and Country and done remeberence day parades. Have you?

I was only making a point that prior to Afghanistan many people did not give a hoot about our brave armed forces and the attendances at rememberence day parades were declining, but of course you would not now that, seeing that you proberly have never done what I have done, yourselves.

It may interest you to know that a short time ago, I was at the Menin Gate at Ypres in Belgium paying homage to the lads who lost their lives in the first world war and I also make regiular donations to the British Legion and have contributed to the 'Help our Hero's campaign'.

So before you take cheap swipes at myself, try doing what I have done!
