its a well known fact,as on a lot of estates,that people no people who are milking the system and this persons name came up and when we were coming back down pem and out of kelleys this person was crossing the road from the back at the side of the village bakery and one of the lads said they had come from the backs so when we walked down and turned in norley this person was walking down the backs and into there home....thats how i no
