Hey Paul, sorry my advice wasn't much good was just trying to help and didn't realise you'd already gone down that path.I can't believe her replacemant never showed up. Thats terrible. As for your mum ringing them, they can be sneaky these mothers can't they lol bless 'em. My fella's mum used to wait til the lady had gone then feed her tea to next doors cat til we found out .
