Levi, i'm sorry you had to go through that with your mother & her sisters it must have been hard.

I'm not talking abut Levi's experience just funerals in general (as only Levi will know the reasons why). Although it does seem harsh some people simply can't face saying goodbye like that. It takes alot of strength to go to a funeral especially somebody close, but it also takes strength to not go, knowing you will NEVER get that chance again and may live to regret it.
Some people simply cannot cope with the last memories of their loved ones being lowered into the ground like that.
I've only been to one burial and it's hard not to get those images in my head when i visit to put flowers down.

Saying that, i suppose theres also alot of people out there who genuinely just do not care enough to go.
