Hello again, paul. Have had an idea. Find out the name of the pub(s) your brother drinks in and then get someone to go in and tell all the regulars what he is doing to your mother. I am sure that he will be shunned (sent to coventry) until he starts to go and visit her. It would work down here, why not up north?
