Hi cherryandwhite (sic) thanks for your telephone call, how did you know when to speak when the answering machine was in German? unfortunately we were away in Graubüenden for the weekend and have only just got back. I will ring this Mrs. Eilean Halliwell at Wigan Social Services first thing tomorrow. I realy do appreciate your help and will make it up to you next time I'm in Wigan. Did you have any luck with Heinz?
