The first time I saw her, was outside the Cleansing Dept. Frog Lane, when she was a girl, with her Father,Mother & Sister, just after the war, about '46/'47.(?)
All us schoolkids lined up to cheer 'em on their visit..

Just looked it up, the royal family visited Pagefield Works (walkers) 7th March 1945
