I will NOT get into a lift - NO WAY!!!

I have been hypnotised to try and stop the fear and they still terrify the life out of me.

I feel like I'm being suffocated and cannot breathe.

Also my heart beats 20 to the dozen - the most horrible experience I have ever had!!!

Dentists and spiders dopn't bother me at all
