Cheshire Cat

Yes, it has crossed my mind that some vehicles will be used to take some registered owners to shop or collect medicines because they are not fit enough or unable to drive, but they are far outweighed by those driving the car when the registered person is not in the vehicle, especially if they have their shopping and medicines deliverved.

To not have the registered person in the vehicle when being driven by someone else, is a breach of both the Motarbility and Blue Badge schemes and can result in action on the abuse being taken by Motorbility and a Council who issued the Blue Badge

Is that right, a simple yes or no will do!
