Surfer Tom you are now 84 and you are one of those people who this government love because you have never claimed any benefits to which you are entitled.
I started this thread to highlight how the government give in one hand then take back with the other.
Some pensioners will be over their tax threshold this year so they must be made aware that even though they cannot be taxed on their state pension next year they will get a tax demand if they go over the threshold.
If you think I am giving out to much personal details on this site that is up to me and if it benefits other members I have no problems with this and I am not after any sympathy vote from any one on this site. Maybe its time you rung Wigan Welfare Rights on 01942-705221 to see what you are entitled to.
