Surfer Tom Yvonne has never held a driving licence. She is the registered keeper of the Motability car and she is entitled to a car through her disability and pays for it through her enhanced PIP. I am her registered nominated driver. You can have up to three nominated drivers who much reside within a certain distance from the registered keeper(I think it about 2 miles radius) Yvonne is the blue badge holder but I am thinking of applying for one has my knees are knackered.
