it seems to go completely over your head todger that the VAST majority are LEGAL . when they eventually get processed they get a NI number & then they can work & pay taxes unlike the likes of baroness mony & her hubby & the likes of george osborne who i believe has,nt paid any tax from his family business since 2008 ? .
