I remember asking you at the time why the bikers were parked in lay-bys with a man with a clip board letting them go one a time, I think the answer came off you that they had introduced average time marker posts to recorded the speed from one post to the next giving them your speed between the two posts and booking you if speeding, so just before the second post the bikers parked up if he knew he had been speeding, telling the Boardman exactly the time he had passed the first post, so he had to wait his time out till the Boardman said O.K to go
