No Lisa 😂😂😂 It's from a telly programme that I remember from my younger years called the Scarlet Pimpernel.
It was set in the years of the French Revolution and was about an English aristocratic, who pretended to be a dandy, who was in fact portrayed as a hero who went across to France and saved some of the French aristocrats from Madame Guillotine.

They seek him here
They seek him there
Those Frenchies seek him everywhere
Is he from heaven
Is he from hell
That damned illusive Pimpernel.
