No-one can be forced to move out of their rented accommodation unless there is provision within the terms of the lease/tenancy agreement. Old people could not be forced to move out of rented accommodation into residential care unless they were "sectioned" under the mental health act. Other than that, a court would always look at the provisions of the tenancy agreement first. This is aside from the moral issues, of course.
