Gemfree I totally agree with you, a FOI request would establish who has official access to the data. However anything said unofficially on the old boys network, we would be none the wiser about, unless we can pin down where and who passed that data on.

Why the moderators allow his statements to go unchallenged though is totally beyond me. It certainly shows them in a very poor light
