I wasnt looking to fall out Paul I have read this thread and still cant see why Heinz have been brought into it. I fully understand that its difficult to find people but elder care services are there to be used, and in your mums case should be used fully as she is obviously in great need of them. Her GP will refer you also get her registered on the PCT (patient care transport)then she can have a lift to doctors, hospital etc whenever she needs them.
