Cherrywhite, I wouldnt stand by on the street if I say someone being beaten up, but its not quite the same as seeing someone being picked on at work. Sometimes the people being employed on a tempory basis are only there for a week or two and you risk being branded a "troublemaker" by the overseer or head of department. Its just not worth it risking your own job, especially at my age. Once I'm retired though, I think I'll write a book about some things.
