I have been reading this board it seems forever and I sympathise with Mrs. Nicholson and can only hope that I am not in a similar position when I get old even though I have four grown children and two grandchildren. I feel that I have got to comment on the last couple of views given. Working for Heinz can be very rewarding, socially and financially. It is a good company, but there are some things that are wrong. Agency and temporary personnel can be bullied and threatened. Sometimes it’s easier to take no notice especially when you don’t want to get into trouble yourself. Without naming names I hope that ANY person who gets caught bullying should be made an example of and shown the door. My personal opinion is that this person will be quietly moved to some other part of the plant until everyone has forgotten and told to be more careful in the future.
