Thanks for that but I still don't remember it !!!! Mind you I started courting just before I was 15 and he was a lad from Wigan so I spent most of my time there. I went out with him for about 5 years so that's probably why I missed it. I'm sorry I did though.....sounds brilliant.
We did used to go to the Queens on a Sunday night and queue for the double seats at the back upstairs !!! so I spent a bit of time in Pem. I still lived in Thirlmere Road though till 1971.
