yes and no,

Margaret and Charlie were close to my age, Pat was a year or so younger, and all the others were going down in age from us.

I loved the girls (naturally) and Tony (Curly) was one of my favourites. So sad about him.

I was so pleased to see Jimmy making something of himself, I believe he was in IT, and I am hopeful for all our old playmates from the 50's.
