Here is a list of names of people I knew on norley hall avenue starting on the top.

Joe, kevin, and keith dawber, shelagh hitchen, alan linkman, jeff and david duckworth, george pool, mr jimmy & mrs emington and sons bob (merchant navy) & ross, jimmy was blind and had a golden lab. harry, & ray walls I think they had a sister christine. mr & mrs rimmer, terry, roy, frances, they had another son but I can't remember his name mr rimmer was on the committee at west ward. john dawber, alice kelly she was a cook either pem primary or pem boys, john (pedro) & allan derbyshire, allan played rugby for swinton, mr & mrs ralphson and sons keith & top man (joe ninety) dave, but don't ask him to sing, eddie & william higham, mr & mrs dainty & sons tony & barry, my family john & (nellie) ellen winrow and sons john, colin, ken, Ian & me barrie, mr & mrs arnold & sons jimmy but I can't remember the others name, jimmy played rugby for wigan, jim mcormack jim played rugby for wigan, oldham and swinton, sadly jim passed away in january. mr & mrs dowd, I can only remember two boys billy & martin, bernadete quinn, mr & mrs ashcroft & son david, mr & mrs derbyshire and three daughters carole, I think lynn can't remember the third.
