The White Hunter sold shoelaces. John Hunt jumped from his bedroom window. And Mr Worthington lost his marbles. The West Ward Christmas Party brought us joy. Walter saw us across Ormskirk Road, and the winds of change were light years away.

The Norley that I knew has gone. The memories live on...

PS: And I lived at the other side of the tracks.
