Get the YouTube film you want. Copy it's http: address out of the browser bar. Paste it onto this white rectangle.
Then put * (see below) in front of it. Then put "][/url] at the back of it.
Then write whatever you want to call it in between the brackets like this ..... "]whatever you want to call it[/url]

The quotation marks are just extra typing.

Don't think you can. If not mistaken, Custard's is a similar alternative to a graphic.

Whats bitmap, as in save as gif or bitmap

Bitmap is an image file, it's problem is the amount of memory it uses, GIF is far better in quality. PNG better is better than that.
I prefer JPEG.
