just emptied my pics from the iPhone to laptop...I think it was due...2207items...that's the seventh pic upload from my phone and was the largest so far. Maybe I should see a therapist to stop me pressing the button at every and any opportunity

Britboy, I take quite a few pics with my iPad, not in your class though! I suppose I could download them to my desktop, never thought of doing it.i have got a nice camera, that I've never really got to grips with, though I look at the pics on here and wish I was better at it.

We have a great camera, a Nikon D7000, it spends its life in the basement permanently set up to produce professional photographs for Mrs britboys jewelry.
The photographs it produces are excellent and I'm sure help advance our sales, as with a lot of selling, presentation is everything.

I thought it wouldn't last long
I loaded one or two pics back into my phone...one of me stood on the grand staircase in haigh hall and the same local of a pic of my mam and dad stood on the same staircase in 1967 at the St Andrews night ball.

I posted on Facebook in 2012 the pic of me on the staircase and mentioned mam and dad...just managed to show the 1967 pic to a friend yesterday to complete the family connection

Sometimes it is important to remember family...I had great parents and very seldom a day goes by without thinking about them.

There's never a day I don't miss my parents britboy. They died within 8 months of each other. It took me a very long time to get over it.

I don't think anyone totally gets over losses of a close personal nature, the time spent with special people is always remembered with lasting affection and lasting memories.
