“Our objective it to get back to the Premier League – as soon as possible,” Yan Min Zhang added.

We would like a progressive approach so we won’t throw in big amounts of money and engage expensive players; we would like to build the team from what we have now...…..

progressive = ont cheap ?.
premier league football as an enormous gulf.look at the table top six a gulf middle 4 or 5 then the scrappers section ie fighting for their lives.
when latics first arrived they shocked that league,that does not seem to be happening much these days .

those days are long gone when the likes of latics shocked the big league, the teams coming up just can't compete, the gulf is massive moneywise, the prime example being fulham who spent £100 million, straight back down.

Watched the game tonight against Hull, we lost 2 - 1

Melvin; you really do need to spend some $$$ big time, or we will be spiralling down to the lower divisions

Just read they have appointed a new director who seems to have a great CV in both business and sport. Be interesting to see what the long term plans are for the club.
