Why on earth have they done this, this being the map display installed by Wigan Council on top of the Rabbit Rocks at Higher Ince

Why is this on the sports section, surely it should be on general?
If the graffiti had been names would you have put it on people?

That graffiti has been done by someone with a football hooligan mentality and no where is more understanding of football issues, than here on the sports section

It would be the same description whether it was a "C" where the "u" is, or any other team.

I agree and indeed if it was WA instead of MU or LI instead of MU they or any other football establishment, they would still be Scum and my original question still stands, in "Why On Earth Have They done That"

Sadly there's graffiti all over town on all sorts of property.
Posting that particular one on here with that inflammatory headline you knew exactly what you was doing!
That's an emotive term to use and there's usually a reason people do what they do and has 0 years touched on it has a lot to do with upbringing!
That post with that headline was a blatant attempt to stoke things up on here and you know it was!

Whoever did that to the council's property are not Manchester United supporters. They are young lads, probably of school age, who have heard of a football team of that name. They know the club exists because they've watched them on t'telly a couple of times. They class themselves as supporters but they don't support as they've never been to a game or donated any money to the club. They are under the impression that it's 'hard' to be a Man.United supporter and to write MUFC all over everywhere is 'the thing'.
They've probably wrote ACAB on a few bus stops too.
When they grow up they'll get a job working for Wigan council, or as a postman, or a social worker, probably!

They're not s'breet, but their mother loves them!
