I think 13th in the table, 10 games to go and 10 points above the drop zone is quite healthy, when you consider the starting day opening fixture -8 points, the embargo on all the seasons transfer windows and the players we lost before and since the season started. If anyone had given me 13th before a ball was kicked I would have snatched their hand off. Shaun Maloney has done an excellent job with the players at his disposal. Some of the results have been up and down, non more so than the last 2, a 1-0 wins against Bolton in 3rd place and a 4-2 defeat at Fleetwood , 2nd bottom at the time. It should be interesting next season when we start on an even footing with all the other teams, I'll take a top 10 finish. Rome wasn't built in a day !! Up the Tics......

A good 3 ponts at the weekend against a 10 man Leyton O. Next win brings up 50 points and realistically safe this season. Not bad from starting on -8 The next home game v Blackpool should be interesting given they're pushing for a playoff spot.

Last night was a snapshot of the season, albeit with a rare goalkeeping error from Super Sam. We had plenty of chances at the other end, just couldn't put them away. Blackpool on Saturday, game on !!

And with 50 points racked up, that should be it this season. Job done. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the EFL for their unwavering support over the last 2 seasons. We really appreciated the -8 start. I'm sure Everton, Burnley, Nottingham Forrest, Reading et al, send their best regards also. Well done to Shaun Maloney, Gregor Rioch and all the backroom staff for a fighting season. A big thank you to Mike Danson for taking us on when all was lost with the stability that that brings. Finally, a big shout out to the fans, never gave up and never stopped believing. Up the Tics.....
