For such an 'irrelevant' club you don't half go to some number crunching to try to make a point.

You've obviously come up with a formula for this drivel so take it back to the beginning of the Prem or further and we'll have another look.
Don't forget to rejig the formula for the time you were 2 Divisions below us, that must be worth a few bonus points to us

Guess how long it took me and what the answers is?

In the 1998/99 season, one club finished 205 points (spread over 3 Divisions) behind the Premier League Champions.
That's 205 points in ONE SEASON.
A big orange for the first person to name the two clubs?

Quite right grimshaw, the grubbing cheaters have been caught sponsoring themselves again.
A journalist has just been on the radio and reckons they have been spending £140 Million per season more than they are truly generating!

66 points is yoonited's joint second-worst in Premier League history - tying with their 2015-16 campaign when they finished fifth under Van Gaal.

The only season worse than either of those is the 2013-14 season with David Moyes when they ended up seventh with 64 points.

"_____________________________________________consider it drawn, you can now have the last word."

Although I gave you the last word, and after drawing a line under the highlighting of yoonited's AWFUL season, I couldn't help but mention the sheer desperation of shouting about the launch of a kit in homage to ancient istree.

Nothing to shout about today so they shout about a time when they were relevant in the hope that we still think they are.

At least THE CHAMPIONS were discrete about their nod.

Last word.... can't help yourself....draw a line(not quite)

Turns out they all apply to you then

Yes unfortunately self sustaining clubs find they have to push merchandise amongst other things to fill the coffers.
Then we get other clubs cooking the books and sponsoring themselves which helps them to overspend to the tune of £140 Million per season.
The 'champions' were very 'discrete' about that, but fortunately the truth is out!

There's talk of a 12 month ban at least.
Then again you're probably right, they'll buy themselves out of it.

You have to laugh at 'Pol Pot' though trying to airbrush history by not wanting a club to honour a remarkable achievement, he'd give his right arm for the football calendar to start in 2008.
