Mind the "MASSIVE" gap!
Started by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
Whilst City's "B" team brush aside high flying Bournemouth, yoonited scrape a draw against a third from bottom team.

Your obvious pain amuses!

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
No matter what the 'grubbing cheaters" may win it is tainted so causes me no pain.
I'm more concerned about what the 'thieving scousers' might win.

Hee hee hee,

Your obvious pain amuses!

Squirm Chatty, squirm.

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
I would 'squirm' more if my club was a vehicle for a despot regime trying to sportswash their reputation.

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
You just keep grasping at that straw, whilst your club slides down the pan (and the table).

Nobody else cares, least of all me!

Mind the VERY LARGE gap!

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
Never in all my time have I bothered about City's fortunes, you do nothing but concerning Uniteds, your mental scars must run deep!

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
That's fine, just keep clinging to that life raft!

Nobody believes you for one minute, but if it makes your deluded world more bearable then fill your boots.

Thirteen points from relegation, SIXTEEN points from City.

Your obvious pain amuses!

'Mind the even bigger gap' Mind the massive gap' Save our Jose'
Three threads started by you appertaining to the biggest club in the land on the first half page of this messageboard.
You could give the 'obsessed one' a lesson or two.
Mentally and psycologically scarred.

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
Hee hee,

You really are suffering aren't you!

Trying to convince that yoonited are still relevant when they flounder in mid table whilst City and Liverpool fly the flag for the North West. SIXTEEN points behind City, ELEVEN points behind Liverpool, currently SIX points below fourth place and only THIRTEEN points from relegation.

If it wasn't so sad it would be funny......hang on, it isn't funny, it's HILARIOUS!

But don't worry because Flying Elbows says you can still catch up!

Stop press......Moaninho has just criticized the team for having no fight.

Cue meltdown!

The English title has been won by 24 clubs,

Man utd won 20 , runner up 16 times.
Liverpool won 18 , runner up 13 times.
Man city won 5 , runner up 5 times

And 3 of city have come since their sugar daddy appeared,

Mind the very very large gap.

Istree, istree, istree,

yoonited - the new Liverpool.

Yesterday's news, now move aside, you're no longer relevant.

Edit...apologies, the above isn't quite correct as Liverpool are still relevant.

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
City fans the new Del Boy and Rodney!

This time next years Rodders we'll be Millionaires/(Champions Leaguewinners)

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
And currently NINE points behind fourth place.

The entertainment continues.

yoonited, no longer relevant.

no longer relevant

The 3 threads started by yourself in the top half of these boards tells me that's untrue and your mental scars can't be airbrushed away like most of your none existent history.

Do they put 'Third Division play off winners' on your 'hounours board' or do they try to sweep it under the carpet?

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
Wrong, I just like to wallow in your obvious misery.

It states proudly in the programme:

DIVISION TWO (THIRD TIER) PLAY OFF WINNERS.

Part of the rich tapestry that is our history you see.

Anyway, back to today's continuing failure, did you know that yoonited now have the SIXTH highest goals conceded in the Premier League this season?

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
What I do know is your interest in United is a lot more than mine has ever been in Citys telling me their impact on you is immense!

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
I agree completely Chatty, we all tend to stare at a crash.

However, with City multiple pile ups were pretty common occurrences in the past.

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
Crash?

Division 3= crash.
Slow start to the season= minor bump at most.

Thing is United are big news, they sell papers.
Saw Klipperty Klopp run on to the pitch yesterday and it barely got a mention.
If Jose does that it's front page back page and News at Ten.
Always best to keep a sense of perspective in these matters.

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
Nah, our sat nav had a slight malfunction whilst guiding us towards our ultimate destination of Premier League dominance that's all.

Always best to keep a sense of perspective in these matters.

Six seasons since a last Premier League title having won 13 from the previous 25, that's one hell of a speed bump to me!

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
You're just being alarmist now.
And coming across all Pol Pot again with your little snapshots.
You forget to mention a European trophy a Fa Cup and a League Cup but then again I'm surprised you're quoting "istree" at all I know you're not keen on that sort of thing!

But seeing has you're keen on giving car crash analogies give us one for a club that goes 40(forty years) winning one League Cup and getting to one FA Cup Final?

Posted by: Tiger cat (91) Report abuse
Ho ho ho, well it's nearly xmas.

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
So, once again you are banging on about ANCIENT istree because your RECENT istree is so rubbish.

yoonited, no longer relevant.

Anyway, according to Moaninio, Pogba is a VIRUS!!
Great motivation is that.
Cue meltdown.

The entertainment continues.

yoonited, no longer relevant.

You've got 3 post's on this page of the sports section on them your mate's got 10, shouldn't you be practising what you preach?

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
It's just that yoonited are such an easy target, what with them being an embarrassment as a club and a team at the moment.

Like shooting fish in a barrell.

Anyway, according to Moaninio, Pogba is a VIRUS!!
Great motivation is that.
Cue meltdown.

The entertainment continues.

There you go again peering over the fence, more concerned about what your neighbours are up to rather than the "money grubbing cheating" going on at home!
You are far more concerned about United's predicament at the moment than I am.
If I had been half as concerned about City's fortunes over the years as you are about United's I would have conbustibly exploded many moons ago!

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
You are pathetic Chatty, you don't realise that your own nonsense alone is killing this site. It's not your sychophants, they know no better, it's your constant regurgitating of the same old statements and digs wrapped in alternative guises. You obviously have nothing else in your life.

This site is now just inhabited by two City fans and a sprinkling of yoonited armchair "fans". yoonited armchair "fans" who are clinging onto the distant past and stimulated, if not flattered, by the attention now given to them by their superiors.

Accept your now irrelevance, 16 points behind City, 14 points behind Liverpool, no titles for six years and a club that's imploding.

Your obvious pain amuses!

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
My "nonsense alone is killing this site"??????
I have started one thread on the first page of this sportsboard pointing out a serious topic concerning a despot regimes attempt to sportswash their image which as been condemned by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch!
All my other post's are on threads started by you or sadsack, replying to said threads, so it's quite simple, stop YOUR NONSENSE THREADS or stopping whining about it!

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
You have no idea have you? Pathetic.

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
But correct!

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
Now EIGHTEEN points behind City and SIXTEEN points behind Liverpool, and it's hardly December!

yoonited, the gift that just keeps on giving.

Save our Jose!

Posted by: Tiger cat (91) Report abuse
And city are still 15 titles behind United, just where have city been all these years, there must be some reason they have come alive these past few years

Having said that Chelsea don't look like they can win the league now so its city or liverpool ,let's hope city can make it 6 titles.

As a matter of interest 0years how was your trip down to Watford on Tuesday to watch the berties ?

You havnt posted anything about it and just wondered if you made it in time .

Posted by: builderboy (2015) Report abuse
Where does the expression 'berties' originate from?

I confess to not having heard it before Man U fans started using it on here.

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
You have to Google Bertie Magoo the bitter blue, any other attempted explanation wouldn't do it justice.

Posted by: grimshaw (1306)  Report abuse
Chatty .

Thanks for your post re the bertie question.

Saved me from doing it .

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
No problems grimshaw.

It should be on the national curriculum, The Trials and Tribulations of Bertie Magoo the Bitter Blue!
How not to lead your lives children!

Chatty.

Posted by: builderboy (2015) Report abuse
Chatty/Grim

Thanks - I have just googled it and can now see where the name comes from.

Posted by: grimshaw (1306)  Report abuse
Builderboy.

Posted by: 0 years (3055) Report abuse
Ooops, that didn't go according to plan.

Never mind, now "only" FIFTEEN points ahead of yoonited after they managed a long awaited win at home against the BOTTOM club.

Posted by: chatty (6246)  Report abuse
Completely missing the point.
Whilst looking one way pulling your tongue out who'd have thought, those scousers have nipped up the other side and picked your pocket.
When top of the League the only gap you need to concern yourself with is between first and second.
