Started by: laughing gravy (4049) Report abuse
WAS A DONKEY...WELL AM I RIGHT OR WRONG?...

Posted by: basil brush (10553) Report abuse
The utd lot won't tell me if he played against Liverpool, it was a serious enough question.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4049) Report abuse
I'M NOT sure basil so can say..

Posted by: basil brush (10553) Report abuse
That's why I asked the utd lot, I thought they would have known.

Posted by: whups (3153)  Report abuse

Yesterday pogba said:

"I look at players like Andres Iniesta, Yaya Toure, Kevin De Bruyne and Luke Modric. I look at them to try to be better."

Aspiring to be Yaya and De Bruyne, that will go down well at the swamp!!

Today he said:

"When you say the word 'Neymar' around the world, everyone knows who he is and what he does. Therefore if I could play with him one day, it would be a pleasure."

Want's to go and play with Neymar, that will go down well at the swamp!!

Another one looking to abandon maureen's sinking ship.

Posted by: basil brush (10553) Report abuse
You'd have expected him to be in the news more, bearing in mind how much they paid for him

Posted by: 0 years (3166) Report abuse
I see pogba has dyed his hair blue, now is that for France or......................PSG?

Having said that, I don't think he will go to PSG, after all he wouldn't want to work with maureen again judging from all the reported fall outs.

what do you say now that he destroyed city & burst their bubble .

Posted by: grimshaw (1400)  Report abuse
What was very clear from second half kick off whups is that he got pogba playing much closer to sanchez further up the park and left herrara and matic to protect the back .

The part lukaku played when utd scored shoudnt be under estimated nor the way the bertie defence forgot how brilliant sanchez is when he is on the ball near the opponents 18 yard area.

KEEP THE FAITH.

Posted by: grimshaw (1400)  Report abuse
FORGOT to say the bertie defence didnt pick up herrara bursting into the box to set up the first pogba goal.

Terrific tactics from jose .

Posted by: whups (3153)  Report abuse
herrara should be in the starting line up from the start grim . like,s to get his boot in & has an eye for goal . pogba played in that position when ibrahimovic was up front which born fruit & when at juventus he played there with pirlo picking him out.we,ve got another gomes in the acadamy grim , i,ll tell you his name next time i watch the acadamy.

The tactics were similar to what we all used at school. Get the ball upfield, get the men in the box and you will create chances and take some of them. The simple game. No parking the bus etc.

Posted by: grimshaw (1400)  Report abuse
Thanks whups.I like herrara .he needs a run in the team .

My pal is well versed with young stars at utd so i will ask him to name his favourites.

A little more refined than that Broady ,first two goals were well crafted and the third was a well taken free kick which smalling finished .

Posted by: broady (14054)   Report abuse
Would never have been scored though if the guys weren’t in the box which is all I said. Attack is the best form of defence.

Posted by: basil brush (10553) Report abuse
I'm just glad pogbas been mentioned, I thought they got shut ages ago.

Posted by: whups (3153)  Report abuse
hi grim , the lads name is ramazeri .

Posted by: grimshaw (1400)  Report abuse
Nice one whups .

Will have a word with my pal about him.

I recall he did mention a young lad..seem to recall his name is mellor or similar.

Posted by: laughing gravy (4049) Report abuse
HOW MANY DID HE SCORE TODAY WHUPS?...

Posted by: whups (3153)  Report abuse
yes grim i think thats the center forward .

Posted by: broady (14054)   Report abuse
Just wait till next season when Pogba has had two seasons to settle in. I know some disagree but he is vastly over-rated.

Posted by: basil brush (10553) Report abuse
Over rated, overpaid and stealing a living.

Get shut.

Posted by: whups (3153)  Report abuse
so what do you think of his man of the match preformance l/nite against bournmouth ? .

Posted by: chatty (6335)  Report abuse
Another Man of the match for the 'donkey,' looks like he just needed the right 'jockey'

Posted by: grimshaw (1400)  Report abuse
Herrara is running the mid field now Chatty which is allowing Pogba more freedom to get near the likes of Rashford and get in front of them , and Matic looks like hes found half a yard of pace from somewhere.

We are giving the ball away when we shoudnt be for my liking though ,but wins are wins so cant grumble .

Posted by: broady (14054)   Report abuse
As I said last week they are still conceding goals. They need a few clean sheets. Silly tackle of Bailly yesterday leaves them juggling central defenders again.

Posted by: chatty (6335)  Report abuse
It's less of an issue when playing all out attacking football and blasting teams away than it was under Jose playing with the handbrake on and struggling to score enough goals to win a game after conceding.
Point taken though, in the closer games a clean sheet could be the difference.

Happy New Year to one and all.
