does anyone know anyone who fixes aluminum windows, the hindge as broken thanks tim

did you manage to find someone to repair your window, I knoww someone in Hindley who does remedial work

If your a little bit handy, Drill the pop rivets out of the fixing & take the hinge to Orrell Locksmiths , they should be able to fix you up but ring them before you take it off to make sure they have the one you want,just reverse the prodcedure but you will need a rivet gun,only cheap.
