Cadman

Does anyone know the Cadman family that used to live off Hunter Road, Marsh Green in the 60s. I used to be friendly with the daughter Sheilagh, would be about 47-50 years old now, probably married.

Just wonderd what happened to her.

My aunt Nellie lived on Hunter Road.

I once knew a lad called Andy Cadman.

I know a Vinnie Cadman who was a comedian and has a son who is a singer who sings like Robbie Williams.

Theres a Cadman who live on shevy lane in a detached house he is a retired fireman

I think his name is Jim.

Knew an alan cadman from hunter rd, we lived not far in hind rd sure it's the same cadman family.Another bro I think married a glenys fairhurst from norley hall, hope this helps.

Thanks Glenys, must be the same family. If I remember rightly they lived just off Hunter Road, but can't recall the name of the road, only that it took you from the bust stop on Scott Lane round past the back of the old folks houses and onto Hunter Road.

My aunt was Nellie Stockley, she lived half way up Hunter Road.

Tigerlily, I remember my mum talking of a nellie stockley. I'm almost sure that they lived on hunter rd itself and think the road you're thinking of would be wellesley close at the top of hunter rd that lead onto scot lane near the old folks bungalows.I could be wrong but for some reason it's in my mind that the cadmans lived on hunet rd, anyway hope you find more info good luck!
